Vegan Meals You Can Make With Pantry Staples

In this time of  social distancing  and self-quarantine, you don’t have to give up on good nutrition and great food. You can still have delicious meals. Many of us have stocked up on canned goods, which may normally not sound the most appetizing, but there are so many different vegan recipes using canned and dried goods .

With a few canned goods to stock up on like peas, corn, beans, lentils, chickpeas, tomato sauce, vegetable broth, spinach, coconut milk, pumpkin puree, jackfruit, and artichoke hearts, to name a few and with the right spices and add-ins, canned goods can make for an amazing meal. They will keep you healthy; physically, mentally and emotionally while you are riding out this time of uncertaininty.

Over the next few days or as long as this ever changing pandemic lasts, I will share with you some of my favorite plant based easy pantry meals.

Stay healthy and safe and dont forget the importance of healthy food!
